Smart Tag

An assignment to certain types of entries (such as names) that enable you to perform common tasks. For instance, if names Smart Tags are on, you can send an email and perform other tasks at any place that name appears.

sort

To rearrange the records in a database table in alphabetical or numerical order, ascending or descending.

subdatasheet

Another database table that has a relationship with the current table. You can display and enter and edit records in the subdatasheet.

switchboard

If you use a template to create a database, a switchboard is created. You can use this list of tasks rather than the database window to create, open, and edit database objects.
