With the PowerPoint file you want to email displayed onscreen, click the E-mail (As Attachment) button on the Standard toolbar. |
An email message window appears with the presentation file already attached to the message and the subject header filled in. |
Type the email address of the person to whom you want to send the file. |

Click the message area and type any text you want to accompany the presentation. |
