In the Slides tab, click the slide you want to view. |
The slide immediately appears in the work area, also called the Slide pane. |
Click the Next Slide button to display the next slide in the presentation. |
INTRODUCTIONAs you begin building your presentation, you will need to navigate back and forth between slides. In Normal view, you can view different slides using the navigation buttons located in the bottom-right corner of the Slide pane, or you can use the pane's scrollbar. |
TIPUsing Keyboard Shortcuts You can press the Page Up and Page Down buttons on your keyboard to move through a presentation in Normal view. See Part 1 to learn more about view modes. |

TIPUsing ScreenTips When you drag the scrollbar in the Slide pane, a ScreenTip box appears, detailing the name and number of each slide as you drag. |
