To get the full power of the technology, you will have to become familiar with the ActionScript objects and tools mentioned in this chapter and in Chapter 11. Appendixes B, C, and D contain details of every aspect of the Communication and Flash Remoting MX objects, Flash UI components, and a full directory of the onStatus information objects. For generic ActionScript templates, refer to Appendix E.The most important thing to remember is that Flash doesn't just do communications applications. Flash is also a great tool for skip intros, animation, and building some rich user interfaces.
