INTRODUCTIONWhen you display your contacts in Address Card or Detailed Address Card view, Outlook displays as many contacts as will fit in the current window. In those views, you can click any of the buttons on the right side of your screen to quickly display a specific set of contacts, such as those whose last names start with the letter M. These buttons act much like the tabs you find on paper-based address books. |
TIPScrolling Through Columns In the Phone List and Group By views, you can see as many columns as will fit onscreen. To view additional columns, click the scroll arrows along the bottom and right side of the window. |
