A MIME part content identifier

RFC2392

The MIME Content-Id: header obeys the same rules for its value as does the Message-Id: header (Message-ID:). The difference is that the Message-Id: header identifies the entire email message, whereas the Content-Id: header identifies only a given part of a MIME message.
