-Xwinceconsole and -Xnowinceconsole (Windows CE targets only)

Use the -Xwinceconsole option to enable the EVM console on Windows CE targets (this is the default behavior). Use the -Xnowinceconsole option to disable the EVM console on Windows CE targets. These options are only available on Windows CE EVMs.
