IIS 6 Migration Tool

Whereas the Apache to IIS 6 Migration Tool migrates Apache hosted Web sites, the IIS 6 Migration tool works with IIS 4 and IIS 5 hosted Web sites. It can even be used to migrate IIS 6 hosted Web sites between servers.
