Server Management API

The Server Management API is a series of ActionScript objects that let you build or extend the Server Management tools (App Inspector, Administration Console). You can download the entire dictionary at http://www.macromedia.com/support/flashcom/administration/admin_api_manual/.

Included in this API are a series of methods and properties you can use to either extend the existing Administration Console or to build your own. Applications that use the Server Management API communicate by default on port 1111. Although it is not required for the regular operation of the Flash Communication Server, you should be aware of this library.
