The User Perspective

Users have no access to moving the pieces around until they log in. When someone logs, the chat window and people list engage, and if there is a video feed, it starts. If not, then the user can attach to the feed to transmit.

Once a user logs in, the cursor UI component displays the user's mouse position and everyone will see where everyone else is, and what they are up to.

Users also can change the name of the faces they make. It's a great way to taunt the other users.

All users have equal rights on the system.
