Represents an extensibility element added to the WSDL <binding> element, which allows information to be transmitted by HTTP. The Verb property is a string that can have three values: an empty string (the default), "POST" (which specifies that requests will use HTTP POST), or "GET" (which specifies that requests will use HTTP GET).
