This class allows you to dynamically create a
ServiceDescription object that represents a
"live" web service. To use this
class, invoke the Reflect( ) method with the web
service URL as a string. The WSDL document for the web service will
be added to the ServiceDescriptions collection.
You can also retrieve any associated XML schemas from the
Schemas collection.
