Lee Anne Kowalski is a user assistance architect in the data management organization at IBM Silicon Valley Lab. Her activities include designing and implementing pervasive user assistance and information delivery mechanisms for IBM's DB2 Universal Database and related products. She has presented on user experience and user assistance methodologies at a number of national conferences. Lee Anne joined IBM in 1992. Over the past 10 years, she has developed online information systems in both application development and database products. Lee Anne holds a Ph.D. in physics from Stanford University.
