info

Syntax

info [options] command

Options

-d dirname adds a directory to a list of directories to be searched for files.

-f infofile specifies the file to be used by info.

-h displays usage information about info.

The info command displays online help information about a specified command in a full-screen text window. You can use Emacs commands to navigate the text displayed by info. To learn more about info, type info without any arguments.
