Select the record you want to delete.
Open the Edit menu and choose Delete Record.
Access prompts you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes.
The record is deleted.
If you have a record in your table that is no longer valid, you can delete it. Deleting old records helps keep your data streamlined.
Deleting an Entry
You can delete a single entry within a field. To do so, select the entry and then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
You cannot undo a record deletion. Be absolutely certain that you want to delete the record before clicking Yes in step 3.
