After you've opened the form associated with the table whose records you want to display, click the form's Next button to display the next record.
You see the next record (notice that the navigation bar lists the record number as well as the total number of records). Click the Last Record button to display the last record in the table.
The last record (in this case, record 16) in the table is displayed. Click the Previous button to display the previous record (that is, record 15).
The second-to-last record (record 15) is displayed. Click the First Record button to display the first record in the table.
You can use the navigation buttons in a form to move from record to record. You can move to the next or previous record, or to the first or last record.
Adding a New Record
The navigation bar also includes a button for creating a new record. You can click this button or the button in the Standard toolbar in the main Access window to create a new record. For more information, refer to the task "Using a Form to Add a New Record" earlier in this part.
