Sharing Workbooks

Excel's shared-workbooks feature allows multiple users to modify a single workbook simultaneously. The shared workbook resides on a network so that several users can make changes at the same time. Then the shared workbook is updated to incorporate the changes. Each user can format the workbooks and make other choices, such as viewing and printing choices, that are used for their own filtered version of the workbook.
