To view the calendar, click Calendar in the Outlook Bar. You can use Outlook's Calendar to keep track of important dates, meetings, and other scheduled events.
When you want to select a different Outlook tool, you do so by clicking the tool's button in the Outlook Bar. Outlook, by default, starts in Mail, but you can easily switch to Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, Folders, or Shortcuts.
To view Outlook's Contacts feature, click Contacts in the Outlook Bar. You can use this feature to store e-mail addresses and other key information about your friends, colleagues, family members, and others.
If you need help keeping track of all the things you have to do, click the Tasks tool to use Outlook's task list. You use it to track dates for start and completion, as well as expenses and other information.
