Part 2. Creating E-mail Messages

The most popular tool in Outlook is the e-mail program, which you can use to send and receive e-mail messages. Outlook includes toolbar buttons and commands to make sending messages and adding elements such as a link to a Web site or a file as easy as possible. This part discusses the basics of sending mail.
