In the Outlook Express window, click File, New, Folder.
Type a name for the folder and select Local Folders to place the folder at the same level as the default mail folders.
The folder is added.
To keep your messages organized, you should periodically clean out your inbox so that is not cluttered. You can set up folders for important messages that you need to keep, but don't want to keep in your Inbox.
Open Default Folders
By default, Outlook Express includes your Inbox and Outbox as well as folders for Drafts, Sent Items, and Deleted Items. You can view the contents of any of these folders by clicking them in the Folders list.
