Setting the Image Description dialog box options

The purpose of this dialog box is to specify an image description. The screen reader reads this description for the image.

To specify an image description:

1. In the Image Description (Alt text) text box, enter a name or brief description for the image.

   The screen reader reads the information you enter here. You should limit your entry to around 50 characters.

2. Click OK.
