Setting the Customize Favorite Objects dialog box options

This dialog box enables you to group and organize commonly used buttons in the Insert bar.

To complete the Customize Favorites Objects dialog box:

  1. Perform any of the following operations:
    • To add an object, select an object in the Available Objects pane on the left, then click the arrow between the two panes or double-click the object in the Available Objects pane.

      The object appears in the Favorite Objects pane on the right.

    • To delete an object or separator, select an object in the Favorite Objects pane on the right, then click the Remove Selected Object in Favorite Objects List button above the pane.

      The object disappears from the Favorite Objects pane.

    • To move an object, select an object in the Favorite Objects pane on the right, then click the Up or Down arrow button above the pane.

      The object moves in the Favorite Objects pane.

    • To add a separator below an object, select an object in the Favorite Objects pane on the right, then click the Add Separator button below the pane.

      A separator appears below the object you selected.

  2. Click OK.

    The Favorites category of the Insert bar reflects the changes you made.
